Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding and govern the relationship between you (the “Affiliate”) and Train.co.ke (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. Eligibility for Participation
   Participation in the Affiliate Program is open exclusively to clients who have purchased any of our products, including the Online Marketing Course. Enrollment into the program implies acceptance of these terms.


2. Responsible Promotion and Link Sharing – Facebook Restrictions
   Affiliates must promote the Company’s products with the highest standards of respect and ethics. Affiliate links must not be posted on Facebook pages or groups under any circumstances. However, sharing via Facebook Messenger is permitted only after a clear and respectful explanation of the product has been provided and the prospect has expressed genuine interest.


3. WhatsApp Link Sharing Guidelines
   Affiliate links shall not be distributed in WhatsApp groups. They may, however, be shared as a WhatsApp status or sent to individual users in a private message after confirming the recipient's interest in enrolling in the course.


4. Respect for Privacy and Anti-Spam Policy
   Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in mass messaging or unsolicited communication (spam) involving their affiliate links. Privacy of potential clients must be respected at all times.


5. Payment Details and Verification
   Earnings from affiliate commissions shall be disbursed to the phone number used during registration. In the event of a change in phone number, affiliates must immediately contact the Company using the official email provided in the website footer. Identity verification will be required to prevent fraud.


6. Account Recovery Assistance
   If an affiliate forgets their login credentials, they may request support by contacting the Company via the designated email address. Reasonable proof of identity will be required.


7. Payout Threshold and Schedule
   Affiliates will receive payments only when their net earnings exceed Ksh. 2,000. Payments will be processed on a biweekly basis. All payouts are final upon disbursement.


8. Violations and Termination Policy
   Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account. If the account balance exceeds Ksh. 1,000 at the time of termination, the balance shall be paid out. However, the account will be permanently closed and no appeals will be considered.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Train.co.ke reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with or without prior notice.
